I'm Jamie Kerr, based in Sant Pol de Mar on the Maresme coast. After more than ten years in premium hospitality in London, working with Shoreditch House, Core Collective, and 1Rebel, I moved to Catalonia and built a life here.

Llevant Collection came from a simple observation. This coast is full of beautiful second homes that sit empty for most of the year, costing their owners money while earning nothing. I look after a small number of those homes personally, handling everything locally so owners don't have to manage from a distance.

I'm English-speaking, I know the coast, and I treat every property as if it were my own. That's the whole pitch.
